2024: A Year In Review
In this new year, we’re excited about what God is going to do in and through New Ventures. Before moving forward, it’s important to reflect on the Lord’s faithfulness! In Joshua chapter 4, Scripture tells us that after the Israelites crossed the Jordan River they set up an altar of remembrance.
Before we move forward, let’s pause to give thanks. Like those who have gone before us, let’s take a moment to reflect together on all that God has done in and through New Ventures in 2024.
55 New Ventures | 14 New
Of those launched in 2024, 5 were previously Discerning Communities and 3 are being led by former NV Apprentices or Discerning Individuals.
11 Discerning Communities | 8 New
1 of these new Discerning Communities has already become a New Venture in 2024.
After spending time gathering and praying together as a Discerning Community this New Venture was launched out of a desire to support the growing Spanish population in the region.
18 NV Apprentices or Discerning Individuals | 14 New
5 New Ventures became churches.
Of the 9 New Ventures that concluded their agreements this past year, 5 of them became churches, 1 became a ministry of a church & 1 a site / congregation of a church.
God is reaching new people and new places by multiplying disciples through partnership and collaboration!
